Structure of sealing machine:

Generally, the sealing machine is composed of a frame, a decelerating and speed-regulating transmission mechanism, a sealing and printing mechanism, a conveying device, and an electrical and electronic control system.
When the power is turned on, each mechanism starts to work. After the electric heating element is energized, it heats up, so that the upper and lower heating blocks are heated up sharply, and adjusted to the required temperature through the temperature control system. And adjusted to the required speed by the speed regulating device.
When the package containing the items is placed on the conveyor belt, the sealing part of the bag is automatically sent between the two sealing belts in operation and brought into the heating zone. The heat of the heating block is transferred to the sealing part of the bag through the sealing belt.

The film is heated and melted, and then passed through the cooling zone to make the surface temperature of the film drop appropriately, and then rolled by the knurling wheel (or printing wheel), so that the upper and lower plastic films of the sealing part are glued and pressed into a net pattern (or printed logo) ),and then the sealed packaging bag is sent out of the machine by the guiding rubber belt and the conveyor belt to complete the sealing operation.

The first step is to wear the film
When you get the film, you need to confirm the winding direction of the film, find out the counterclockwise direction, and place it on the film rod to fix it. (Please turn off the power when putting on the film)

Pay attention to whether the front and rear fixed splints of the glue film are tightly integrated with the glue film. If they cannot be tightly coupled, use a utility knife to cut the inside of the glue film paper tube at a bevel before inserting it.
After putting on the adhesive film, use the adhesive cloth to firmly stick the adhesive film on the receiving paper tube.

Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, and the thermostat is set to a predetermined temperature. At this time, the green heating indicator light is on. When the upper heating plate reaches the predetermined temperature, the red constant temperature indicator light is on (when the sealing machine is working, the electric heating device is constantly alternating in the heating and heat preservation state, so the green and red indicator lights are also displayed alternately, which is a normal phenomenon).
Put the plastic cup into the lower mold slide, push the lower mold slide to a certain position by hand (if it is a fully automatic sealing machine or automatic sealing machine, after putting the plastic cup, the lower mold slide will automatically enter), and press it down The handle of the sealing machine reaches the maximum stroke, keep the pressure for 1~2 seconds, then slowly raise the handle and push it to the original position.
Pull out the lower mold slide plate, take out the plastic cup, put in the last-sealed plastic cup, and perform another cycle.

 Process operation method
1. Press the "ON" button, the power indicator light, "COOLER" (cooling indicator light) light up, and the warning light flashes.
2. Press the "Start" button, the warning light is off, the "START" indicator light is on, and the power reaches the preset setting.
3. Turn on the power of the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt runs, and adjust the speed knob to the appropriate position.
4. Push into the container to be sealed and start normal operation.
5. If an over-current occurs during operation, the “FAULT” (over-current indicator) light on the control panel is on and the warning light flashes. At this time, press the “RESET” button. After the over-current light is off, press the “ START" button.
6. At the end of the work, press the "STOP" key, and the machine will return to state 1.
7. Press the "OFF" key to turn off the machine and exit the standby state.
Precautions during operation and daily maintenance
1. This machine uses 220V single-phase three-wire power supply, and the grounding must be reliable, otherwise it will affect personal safety.
2. Metal parts should not be close to the sensor head.
3. Check the cooling water level frequently, check once a week when it is used frequently, and add cooling water. It is best to use non-conductive cooling water.
4. Check the pipeline frequently, and the joints must not leak or seep. In order to prevent the pipeline from freezing due to low temperature, the water tank should be filled with antifreeze.
5. Maintenance should follow the operating sequence.
6. Professionals should be fixed for maintenance.
7. The case is not allowed to be opened after the machine is turned on, and the main power supply must be cut off during inspection and maintenance.
8. The machine is designed with overload and overheat protection system. When the temperature of the heat sink exceeds 70 degrees, the high voltage will be cut off, and the warning light will flash: when the load is too large (that is, the heated bottle cap is too large or arranged tightly or is too close to the sensor head), it will cause instantaneous overload of the high voltage current of the machine (digital display) Momentary over "100") can also be protected. This is a normal phenomenon and can be restarted by pressing the "START" key again.
Cleaning and maintenance
Regularly clean the surface of the machine table, the bottom plate and the lower mold slide plate, the groove, the upper mold inner pressure plate and the positioning rod (note: the power must be turned off and the normal temperature must be restored).
Grease is added to the transmission parts of the lower die slide plate, the pressure rod bearing, the eccentric wheel and the guide column, the guide rail and so on regularly to ensure the performance of the machine.
Cleaning the tooth knife method: first plug the two drain holes of the lower mold with a cotton ball, pour boiling water into the groove of the lower mold, until it is full, then push the slide plate of the lower mold into place, and press the upper mold down. To the lowest point, let the toothed knife soak for a few minutes until it is clean, repeat several times.

Hot-pressing sealing is to heat the sealing material in a certain way to make it reach a viscous flow state and then pressurize to make it sticky. Generally, it is completed by a hot-pressing sealing device or a hot-pressing sealing machine. The heat sealing head is the actuator of the heat pressure sealing. According to the structure of the heat sealing head and the heating method, the heat pressure sealing method can be divided into: ordinary heat pressure sealing method, fuse sealing, pulse sealing, ultrasonic sealing There are several kinds of sealing, high frequency heat sealing, and induction heat sealing. The film characteristics are different, and the applicable heat sealing methods are also different. For example, ultrasonic sealing and high frequency heat sealing are more suitable for films that are easily deformed by heat. However, the most commonly used heat sealing method is the ordinary heat sealing method. Ordinary hot-press sealing methods include flat-plate heat-sealing, disc heat-sealing, belt-type heat-sealing, and sliding clip sealing. The application of flat-plate heat-sealing is the most popular.
